Program Description:
Welcome to your fiber arts journey! Fiber Arts is a hands on creative program that explores the many ways that fiber can be transformed in to beautiful and decorative forms of art. Through a variety of specialty programs, participants will learn techniques that blend traditional fibers arts with contemporary crafting.
Whether you are a beginning or experienced maker, fiber arts encourages creativity, self expression and skill building in a welcoming and collaborative environment. Each workshop is designed to inspire participants to create unique hand made pieces while learning techniques they can continue to enjoy at home.
Program Notes:
- Each student will be provided with all the necessary tools and materials, step-by-step guidance, time, and attention to detail. The learning process continues until precision, confidence, and mastery of the techniques within this discipline are achieved.
