11:00 AM - 1:00 PM    Drop-in at Rockwell - Week 1-6
Program Description: Drop-in at Rockwell is a FREE, weekly, drop-in style program that invites ALL Bristol youth to participate in fun summer activities to help beat the summer boredom blues. This program will take place on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM starting on July 2nd. Feel free to “drop in” or attend as desired. The location of this program is Mrs. Rockwell’s Pavilion at Rockwell Park. Activities may include tie-dye, sand art, crafts, and more! Youth must be accompanied by an adult.   Program Benefits: - Participants will have the chance to meet new people and/or stay connected with friends throughout the summer. - Participants will have the chance to build upon communication skills, friendship skills, and teamwork skills throughout various activities. Tina Fusco has taught visual arts to elementary students for 18 years while also showing her own work as an acrylic painter. Expression and creativity is the main goal of the Exploration in Painting Camp. Students will explore different techniques in both tempera and watercolor which will culminate in a final painting at the end of the week. Outdoor play and water time will be included during the day to keep the imagination and creativity flowing in our little artists!  Where: Mrs. Rockwell PavilionWhen: July 29-Aug 2, 8AM-3PMAges: 7-10What to bring: smocks/aprons or any clothes that are ok to get paint on; swimsuit and towel for splash pad; lunch/snack; water bottleArtwork will be completed and sent home on the last day of camp. Questions?
