The BPRYCS Youth Training & Conditioning program focuses on fun ways to improve your child's coordination, build endurance and strength, as well as improve flexibility through exercises that are easy to follow. This program is a great step to get participants started on a lifestyle of healthy living. This program is for participants of all skill levels and abilities.

About the Instructor:
Divya Rajadhilipkumar is a Group Fitness Director and Site Director for a local fitness facility. Divya's career started as an athlete in high school. She went on to graduate from college as a Microbiologist. Her passion for fitness has resulted in certifications to teach a wide variety of classes including strength training, cariod, bootcamp, kickboxing, and a variety of senior programs. Divya also teaches classes for the aquatics division.
