Splash Pads are located: - Stocks Playground (218 Middle Street) - Rockwell Park (63 Dutton Avenue)- Page Park (649 King Street) Splash pads are open daily from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Entrance to splash pads are free and open to residents and non-residents.
