Food Explorers Culinary Summer Camps

Program Descriptions:
Chopped: Around the World - Each day, two teams will be tasked with creating a recipe together, selecting from a pantry of ingredients, and working as a group. Participants will be making dishes such as: Gnocci, Lo Mein, Trifle Cups, Breakfast Tacos, and Cannoli Cones. All recipes are nut free.

Chopped: American Cookout - Each day, two teams will be tasked with creating a recipe together, selecting from a pantry of ingredients by working as a group. Kids will be making dishes such as: Carrot Cake Cups, Stuffed Pie Bites, Mac & Cheese, Grilled Cheese and Banana Split Cups. All recipes are nut free.

About the Instructors:
Food Explorers aim to inspire and empower children to learn valuable cooking skills and nurture a positive relationship with food. All Food Explorers recipes are uniquely designed to challenge kids in the kitchen and introduce them to new foods, flavors and cultures. Food Explorers instructors are trained around the concept of “Food Neutrality” in order to help children discover the joys of food and cooking without judgement or pressure.
