Water Exercise Classes - Session 4 (Ages 18+)

Adult Water Exercise classes are offered throughout the year with a variety of levels for all abilities. Programs are offered during the weekday mornings from 10:45-11:30am and weekday evenings from 6:15-7:00pm. Each day and time is considered a separate program.
Bring a friend or drop into a class for a $5 fee.
The benefits of water exercise are endless...We program for all ages and abilities.
Low Impact Classes- Water Walking, Low Impact Aerobics
Mid- Range Impact Classes- Aqua Aerobics
High Energy/Cardio Classes- Muscle Building, Aqua Zumba-style
*Any program can be modified for any fitness level. If you have physical limitations or injuries, please let an instructor know so that they can provide a safe alternative to any motion that may cause pain.
