Bristol Eliminating Substance Use Together (BEST)

BEST is a Drug-Free Community Coalition that is committed to developing a culture of awareness and sustained action that will promote positive youth development and a healthier community. Our primary focus is on youth substance use prevention. We are in year 4 of funding from the Drug Free Communities Grant by our federal partners at ONDCP and the CDC. The goals of the grant are to increase community/youth collaboration by creating a community coalition and decrease youth substance use rates in Bristol.


BEYOND (Bristol Empowering Youth Opportunities and Nurturing Development) Leaders Are you a youth in Middle School or High School? Do you want to join other youth in a great cause? If yes, then become a BEYOND Leader! Gain volunteer hours towards college or references for your first job. Work with City, State and Federal leaders on reducing youth drug use and underage drinking rates.  Send a message to your friends that you do not have to do drugs or drink alcohol to have fun.
